Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard: usually 3-7 business days after the order ships.
Express: usually 1-3 business days after the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
